Administrative Affairs serves as the resource to answer questions about University policies and procedures related to faculty searches and hiring courtesy faculty, OPS employees, post doctoral associates (research) and TEAMS employees.

This site takes the user through the faculty recruitment process from getting approval to search to issuing the letter of offer. It also provides an overview of policies and procedures, sample forms and letters and the procedures required when hiring courtesy faculty, OPS employees, post doctoral associates (research) and TEAMS employees.

To ensure uniformity in personnel practices and compliance with state and federal laws concerned with employment practices, hiring supervisors will adhere to specific institutional recruitment and selection procedures and guidelines.
