Accountability and control of state-owned and government-owned equipment entrusted to the care of University employees. Administrative Affairs provides support services to College of Medicine – Jacksonville departments to facilitate the management of tangible personal property held in possession by the institution.

The asset audit project is conducted on a yearly basis. At the end of each year, the Office of Research Affairs begins to work with The departments to account and locate all UF assets and property.
