Blood samples and other fluids and data will be collected to help develop new diagnoses, treatment and cures, as well as better scientific understanding of cancer and cancer related diseases and conditions. This study involves a simple sample collection from patients with certain types of cancers such as prostate, bladder, and kidney.

Inclusion Criteria:

• Adult (Age ≥ 18 years)
• Have a clinical diagnosis of cancer and/or other related diseases
• Have not undergone prior therapy for their disease or are in stage I or II of their disease (only applies to certain cancer types).
• Willing to provide the minimum volume of bio-fluid specimen required for this study

Exclusion Criteria:

• Less than 18 years of age, cannot provide informed consent, or sufficient medical history
• Does not have a clinical diagnosis of cancer and/or other related diseases  
• Unwilling or unable to provide the minimum volume of bio-fluid required for this study
• Subjects who do not meet the study inclusion criteria
