The Office of Educational Affairs is seeking volunteer faculty to serve as abstract reviewers, poster judges, and poster moderators for the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville’s Celebration of Education and Research Day June 6, 2024. Residents and fellows are invited to submit their scholarly work in the areas of clinical research, educational research, interprofessional education or practice, quality improvement, as well as clinical vignettes and a photo contest. Faculty reviews will be completed between March 20th and April 5th, poster judging will occur June 1st and 2nd, and moderators will be needed for resident poster presentation June 6th between 1:30 and 3:00pm. If you can volunteer for any of these roles, please complete the brief submission form by January 26th.

The final number of reviewers, judges, and moderators needed will be determined by the number of accepted abstracts; however, we will send a calendar invite for the review week (March 20-April 5th) to ensure it is on your calendar. Selected reviewers, judges, and moderators will be notified by February 2nd.
