Clinical Research Details Clinical Research Potential Benefits of the Somatic Psychoeducational Intervention for Improving the Health and Wellness of Healthcare Providers Study Description We will screen bedside nurses to understand their emotionally, physically, and professionally, and to determine which nurses to offer the somatic psychoeducational intervention, which may enhance health and wellness by increasing bodily awareness through psychoeducation, movement techniques, and relaxation. This intervention may lead to improvements in mindfulness, coping behaviors, emotional, physical, and professional health, autonomic reactivity, and neuroendocrine functioning. Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria Participants must be 18 years or older and work as a bedside nurse at UF Health Jacksonville (8th street or North Campus locations). Investigators Lourdes P.
