Clinical Research Details Clinical Research The "EvolvE" Study Study Description The purpose of this research study is to test barzolvolimab (also known as CDX-0159) in people with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) to see if it helps to reduce inflammation and other signs and symptoms of EoE. This is the first study of barzolvolimab in patients with EoE and approximately 75 patients will participate. Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria You need to have been diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) and have trouble swallowing to be in this study. You need to be on a stable diet to be in this study. You need to have not done well on a treatment for EoE to be in this study. You cannot be pregnant while in this study. You cannot have a hepatitis infection or human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) while in this study.
