Clinical Research Details Clinical Research In Vitro Characterization of Human Adipose-Derived Stromal Cells Isolated Using a GMP Rated Collagenase Study Description The purpose of this study is to compare the in vitro biological characteristics of adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) isolated from lipoaspirate with and without the use of a GMP-rated collagenase against the accepted IFATS/ISCT criteria for defining the biological characteristics of ASCs.
