Clinical Research Details Clinical Research VANTAGE study Study Description The purpose of this clinical research study is to learn more about the use of the investigational study drug, volixibat, for the treatment of pruritus (itching) associated with PBC. Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria You must have a confirmed Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) diagnosis to be in this study. You must have itching due to PBC.
