UF Health Jacksonville improves performance in U.S. News & World Report rankings

UF Health Jacksonville has been recognized as a high-performing hospital in nine specialties, procedures and conditions in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals rankings for 2021-22, including a Top 50 national ranking.

UF Health Jacksonville was ranked 39th in the country in the ear, nose and throat specialty – an amalgam of services provided by UF Health’s Otolaryngology and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery departments – an improvement of 11 spots from last year’s ranking. In addition, the organization was recognized for high performance in the specialty of urology, and the patient care procedures/conditions of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD; diabetes; heart attack; heart failure; kidney failure; pneumonia and stroke.

UF Health Jacksonville ranked third in the Jacksonville area and 16th in the state.
