Precision Cancer Survivorship Cohort

Study Description

Childhood, adolescent, and young adult cancer survivors are an understudied population. Motivated by this, we will leverage resources from the OneFlorida Clinical Research Consortium to examine factors associated with specific disparities. We will combine linkage of existing electronic medical record and state-based data with prospectively collected patient-reported data to help inform interventions among an understudied population.

Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria

  1. Inclusion Criteria

    We will obtain a dataset of participants from the OneFlorida Data Trust of individuals who meet the following criteria:

    1. Age ≥ 18 years
    2. Diagnosed with any invasive malignancy (as defined by the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries as a reportable cancer)
    3. Currently not known to be deceased

       

  2. Exclusion Criteria
  1. Non-participation in the OneFlorida Data Trust
  2. Age < 18 years
  3. Diagnosis with a non-invasive or non-reportable cancer
