Comprised of more than 2,000 individuals, the Critical Care Team at UF Health Jacksonville is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to delivering patient-centered, team-based care to patients within Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.

As impactful caregivers in the community, the group consists of critical care faculty from the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, speech language pathologists, patient care associates, coordinators, and numerous other professionals who work together to further the organization’s vision – to be the region’s most valued health care asset.

The Critical Care Team is the embodiment of the UF mission to heal and comfort through the deliverance of excellent patient care, to educate through patient education and collaborative teamwork, and to discover through the continuation of research and groundbreaking clinical innovations.
