Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:
• · Describe the pathophysiological mechanisms linking triglyceride-rich lipoproteins and remnants to atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD).
• · Identify the limitations of LDL-C–centric therapies and explain the concept of residual cardiovascular risk.
• · Evaluate current and emerging therapeutic strategies for managing hypertriglyceridemia to reduce cardiovascular risk
