Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the role of physician health programs (PHPs) in supporting clinician access to mental health services and protecting patient safety.
2. Summarize the array of services PHPs provide, and the special confidentiality that is provided to PHP participants.
3. Identify opportunities to raise awareness about PHPs and strengthen collaboration between PHPs and health systems to support clinician well-being and workforce sustainability.
