1. Generally discuss medical negligence and ways to mitigate risk and reduce the likelihood that claims are made against you or the hospital
2. Discuss the role of documentation in the medical chart
3. Discuss disclosure the disclosure framework, including both barriers to and benefits of a successful disclosure.
