2. Identify common sleep challenges faced by young athletes, such as early training schedules.
3. Review evidence-based guidelines for optimal sleep duration, sleep hygiene practices, and recovery protocols.
4. Discuss the impact of sleep deprivation on athletic performance, injury risk, and mental health.
5. Empower coaches, parents, and healthcare providers with practical strategies to prioritize.
