Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:
1. Complete the Florida Medical Board requirements (FAC 64B8-13.005, 64B15-13.001) for a two-hour Continuing Medical Education.
2. Respond appropriately when errors occur.
3. Participate in system-level processes to prevent medical errors.
4. Integrate human factors into their own clinical practice.
