Fellowship Application Process Eligibility for consideration: Strong interest in patient safety and quality improvement leadership Familiarity and interest in simulation education Track record for high integrity and professionalism Must have completed a minimum of two years in an ACGME-accredited program Preference will be given to successful graduates of an ACGME-accredited program, but consideration will be given to qualified and interested individuals who have not yet completed their ACGME-accredited program and have the support of their program director for this one-year assignment outside of the assigned program. In addition to compliance with the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville eligibility and selection policy , fellowship applicants are required to obtain an unrestricted State of Florida Medical License.
