About John W. Yokitis

John Yokitis, D.O. is a board-certified in family medicine and has more than 17 years of experience working with children and families. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency through the U.S. Army, where he was named chief resident. Dr. Yokitis is a veteran of the Iraq War.

Osteopathic medicine emphasizes a whole-person approach to treatment and care. In addition to offering a comprehensive range of primary care services, Dr. Yokitis diagnoses a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and treats through manipulative therapy.

He has a special interest in preventive health care, health maintenance and minor surgical procedures, such as skin excisions, biopsies and joint injections.
