Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:

At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to:
1. Discuss the guidelines for diagnosis of Kawasaki Disease and identify the differential diagnosis.
2. Describe the criteria used to diagnose classic and incomplete Kawasaki disease.
3. Describe and apply current guidance on management of Kawasaki Disease.
4. List epidemiologic differences between Kawasaki Disease and MIS-C.
5. List clinical similarities and differences between Kawasaki Disease and MIS-C.
6. Discuss proposed pathophysiologc differences between Kawasaki Disease and MIS-C.
7. Summarize various cardiac manifestations of Kawasaki Disease.
8. Examine treatment utilized to prevent cardiac complications related to Kawasaki Disease.
9. Review the long-term cardiac follow up for patients with a history of Kawasaki Disease.
