Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Identify key risk factors and early signs of pediatric obesity and comorbidities during routine primary care visits.
2. Apply evidence-based guidelines and strategies to manage and monitor pediatric obesity in primary care setting.
3. Collaborate effectively with families to create a personalized plan for children with obesity.
4. Enable providers to confidently discuss and recommend variety of therapeutic options.
5. Empower providers to develop short-term and long-term management plans.
