If so, then our workshop, PECS for Parent and Caregivers was designed just for you! This is a condensed one-day PECS training for parents and caregivers who support PECS implementation. Attendees will learn a functional approach to applied behavior analysis called, “The Pyramid Approach to Education”. The workshop involves demonstrations, lecture, video examples and practice opportunities for each of the phases of the PECS protocol. Attendees will learn to implement the 2-Person Prompt Procedure and the 4-Step Error Correction Procedure. Attendees will learn how to create or capture communicative opportunities across the day.
