Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Articulate concepts within a framework for character, caring, practical wisdom and flourishing in medicine for use in the UME and GME environments.
2. Apply the framework to a chosen challenge in medical education using a collaborative approach.
3. Generate one or more creative approaches to the selected challenge and commit to next steps in cultivating flourishing within their spheres of influence.
