At the conclusion of both sessions, the participant should be able to:
1. List the three questions constituting the Model for Improvement.
2. Discuss the creation of a SMART AIM.
3. Construct a key driver diagram.
4. Summarize how to apply run chart rules to a run chart.
5. Describe how to screen and counsel for vaping
6. List available resources in Jacksonville to quit vaping.
7. Discuss coding and billing of vaping related illnesses.
