Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:
1. Briefly review the current statistics related to healthcare providers’ burnout, compassion fatigue
2. Define mindfulness as it relates to prevention of compassion fatigue and burnout
3. Demonstrate some of the tools that educators can readily adapt while interacting with trainees
4. If time allows, participate in a mindfulness exercise
