Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Be able to clearly articulate the differences between health and health care disparities.
2. Understand that an aspect of the next generation of quality improvement is to ascertain and address health care disparities.
3. Be able to describe the components and systems needed to begin identifying health care disparities and how to address them.
