• Presentations and panel discussions by experts in AI, medical and health science education, clinical applications, and research
• Dedicated time to engage with exhibitors and explore emerging technologies
• A poster session featuring AI‑related research, projects, and innovations
• Opportunities to build collaborations and partnerships with academic leaders

Wednesday, September 16 4:30 – 6:30 pm

Wednesday afternoon we kick off AI Scholars Day with our poster reception. Faculty, residents, fellows, students, administrators, and staff across the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and UF Health Jacksonville are invited to share and shape work related to artificial intelligence. Registration for the poster reception limited to 150.

To support both dissemination of completed work and collaborative development of emerging ideas, the poster reception will include two distinct poster formats:

• Traditional Poster Session – Share What You’ve Learned
  Designed for completed or well-developed projects that involve artificial intelligence, this format highlights findings, outcomes, and evidence-based insights.  Presenters will engage attendees in one-on-one conversations and in-depth discussions, showcasing results and lessons learned from their work.
• “Blue Sky” Interactive Poster Session – Shape What Comes Next
  Designed for early-stage idea development around AI, this format emphasizes collaboration, exploration, and co-creation.  Presenters will engage participants as “collaborative visionaries,” inviting feedback, testing possibilities, and refining concepts through active dialogue, structured interaction, and networking.

The UFHSCJ AI Scholar Days Call for Abstracts is OPEN until July 22, 2026. 

Accepted proposals will be notified by Monday, August 10, 2026.

The Keynote Series provides attendees with five 45-minute presentations by leading experts who will explore how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing healthcare education, research and practice and while also driving the next generation of medical innovation across all represented professions. Thursday registration limited to 250.

These sessions are designed to spark dialogue, share practical insights, and highlight innovative work across disciplines.
