1. Describe the mechanisms and phases of brain injury in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
2. List the evidence for hypothermia therapy in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
3. Describe the controversy about application of hypothermia therapy in Lower Middle Income Countries.
