1. Summarize a “day in the life” of a rural pediatrician.
2. Discuss health disparities and epidemiology of rural populations.
3. Discuss the benefits of rural medicine: loan repayment, professional satisfaction, less burnout.
4. State the future direction of rural medicine and ways the disparities are being combatted.
