1. Review the epidemiology and pathophysiology of Celiac disease
2. Formulate an approach to diagnosis of patients
3. Differentiate Celiac disease from non-Celiac disease gluten sensitivity
4. Discuss current management and approach to non-responsive or refectory Celiac disease
