Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Compare and contrast definitions for workplace discrimination with our personal thresholds for discrimination.
2. Identify strategies for learners and educators to effectively respond to discrimination.
3. Describe steps institutions should take to ensure a non-discriminatory environment for learners.
