Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Recognize the risk factors, most common timing and prevalence of burnout in GME trainees.
2. Recognize variations in the time course and the natural history of burnout development.
3. Identify the key factors in burnout recovery and the maintenance of well-being.
