1. Define stress, burnout, resilience and well-being in context of healthcare delivery system
2. Identify the factors affecting clinician resilience and well-being
3. Discuss organizational initiatives that UF Health Jacksonville can implement to maximize well-being of workforce
4. Describe interventions the clinician can implement to improve his or her resilience in a demanding practice environment
