Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:

1.Discuss quality improvement opportunities found/identified in daily work.
2.Discuss barriers to change implementation.
3.Discuss strategies to address the barriers to change implementation.
4.Present and discuss cycle reports on quality improvement activities (including process changes and data) implemented from Part 1 session.
