Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the presentation, participants will be able to:

1.Review principles of quality improvement.
2.Identify and describe strategies for identifying quality improvement opportunities in daily work.
3.Outline strategy for addressing the three key questions for a sample/initial quality improvement project or endeavor.
4.Identify and describe the first 2-3 short cycles of change, i.e., where to start to initiate iterative P-D-S-A cycles of improvement.
