1. Describe the prevalence of burnout, depression, suicide, and other symptoms related to residency
2. Discover elements of an ideal learning environment to promote resident wellness
3. Learn how to inventory your residency program’s well-being plan and culture of care
4. Identify steps and solutions to creating resident well-being within your department
