Louis S. Russo Award for Outstanding Professionalism in Medicine
Purpose: To recognize one UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville faculty member who exemplifies the highest standards of medical professionalism, substantiated by a commitment to personal behavior that reflects the core values of the consummate physician: altruism, clinical experience, ethics, and respect for others.
Sponsor: Office of Graduate Medical Education
Awards Amount: $3,000 PEA
Deadline: Nominations accepted between January 15th and March 15th of each year; award presented at graduation, the 2nd Wednesday of June
