Eight Jacksonville residents have been named to UF’s list of 2005 Outstanding Resident Teachers for their excellence in medical student education.
Started in 2001, UF’s program recognizing outstanding resident teachers is sponsored by the Society of Teaching Scholars. The outstanding resident educator is selected by the residency program director in each department. Award winners receive a special plaque and letter of congratulations at the Medical Education banquet held during Medical Education Week.
